Rochelle Dancel
Associate Producer
Season 2
Based in London, UK, Rochelle's biggest challenge since joining the Fletcher team has been sleep deprivation owing mainly to the five hour time difference. Rochelle originally trained as an actor at London's prestigious Sylvia Young Theatre School and then with Andrew Neal and Mary Hammond on the training programme attached to the West End production of Miss Saigon supported by Cameron Mackintosh. Now a postgraduate from Goldsmith's Media & Communications department, Rochelle is a human rights filmmaker. Her recent film, Brent Talking Heads, around the specialist domestic violence court process, was recently presented at the Ministry of Justice and a follow-up film is currently in development. Rochelle has also developed brands for UK campaigns and charities, including Tender, V-Day UK, Take Back The Tech and the London Centre for Personal Safety. Rochelle spends part of her week in online marketing for a FTSE 250 company, a background that is proving useful for Fletcher.
